Refund policy

Wrong size, wrong colour, or just changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it.

How to return

  1. Email joachimwhoff@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and what you want to return.
  2. Pack the item and send it to: Gia Morto, Løkkeveien 7A, 0253 Oslo, Norway. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
  3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, as long as the item has arrived or you have sent us proof that it is on its way.

Good to know

  • You pay for return shipping.
  • The refund goes back to the payment method you used, including the original standard shipping cost.
  • Try it on like you would in a shop. If the item has been worn out, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.
  • Want a different size or colour? Return the item and place a new order. It is the fastest way.

Something wrong with your item?

If the item is faulty, email us with a photo and we will sort it out. You have the right to complain about defects for two years after you received the item, and in that case we cover the return shipping.
